It’s free for users to sign up, to create a campaign, and to contribute to a research project campaign.* When a campaign successfully raises funds, Lifespan.io charges a small fee as a percentage of the raised funds, plus processing fees, according to the below chart:

*Contributors can contribute from anywhere in the world to campaigns. Lifespan.io does not charge any fees to do so, but depending on the currency of their contributions, they will bear the exchange rate and any additional exchange charges as determined by their credit card.
