Dr. Keirstead is an internationally renowned stem cell expert who has pioneered therapies for cancer, immune disorders, motor neuron diseases, spinal cord injury and retinal diseases. For over two decades, Dr. Keirstead has lead investigations on regenerative medicine. He spent 15-years as a full-tenured Professor of Anatomy and Neurobiology at UC Irvine, mentoring 100+ students, publishing 100+ manuscripts and receiving over 20 patents. He is currently the CEO of AIVITA Biomedical and the Chairman of Immunis, Inc., which investigates cellular secretomes as an immunomodulator for age-related disease.
