Xuan Lu has been working on pharmacological interventions of aging to alleviate the global greying, an unprecedented challenge our society will face in the next decades. By exploring this long standing challenge that requires diverse stakeholders involvement, He started devoting his free time on career supports, research management and community engagement, and has successfully established and led an international bottom-up network in Max Planck Gesellschaft.
